very satisfied! Came here at short notice and booked a room on the spot. The weather is good, the room is good, and the environment is good! Very comfortable stay! Will come again if I have the chance! Definitely... By the way, I would like to give a thumbs up to the chef, the dishes are very delicious! It was only after I finished eating that I remembered I didn’t take any photos. Hahaha, I have nothing left to show off!

+ Nice friendly service. Good location, very close to the park. We were alone in the hostel. - there was extremely cold in the room. Yes, we have air conditioning and electric blanket but it was not enough in the end of February (about 5-10 degrees above zero). Also there was a stink in the bathroom, it was difficult to stay there. Also the dryer didn’t work so our wet clothes stayed wet.

This homestay has an amazing view of the national park. The room was clean and cleaned daily. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful pointing us in the right direction and giving us suggestions where we could go. We had no issue in booking a Didi waiting only a couple of minutes. Location is great as you are only a few minutes from one of the park entrances. Breakfast was simple and we enjoyed being able to pre book dinner and be messaged when it was ready. Our only suggestion is the menu could be varied and some maintenance is required to keep the hotel looking 100%

From the moment we arrived, I was immediately captivated by the hotel's prime location. It’s located within 3 min walking distance to the Zimugang entrance of Zhangjiajie park. This place is a haven for those who appreciate natural beauty, as it provides breathtaking views of the mountains, lush forests, and enchanting streams that Zhangjiajie is renowned for. But what truly sets this place apart is its exceptional staff. They are not just employees running a hotel; they are true ambassadors of the local culture, offering a warm and genuine welcome to every guest. The staff (special thanks to lovely Akun and Ajie) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay, providing personalized service that was second to none. From the seamless check-in process to the adept recommendations for local sightseeing and dining options, the service was flawless. Rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, reflecting the natural beauty of Zhangjiajie. Although we experienced some problems with our shower, it was quickly fixed by the hotel’s staff. I must also commend the culinary experience at the hotel’s restaurant - a gastronomic delight that truly enhances the overall stay. The food here is nothing short of spectacular, a tasteful fusion of local Zhangjiajie cuisine and international flavours. The breakfast selection is small, compared to those in the big hotels, but it is expected. Although the menu selection isn’t big, each dish is thoughtfully crafted, showcasing the best of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. For anyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, I cannot recommend the ANNICA Hotel highly enough. It’s not just a place to stay - it's a place to experience the spirit of Zhangjiajie.

Excellent (best) location to explore whole ZhangJiaJie (do not stay in main city - too noisy). You can book it though Trip.com. Hotel organized for us a pick on arrival, also brought us down to the entrance every morning, and even wanted to organize a transfer back but we had own arrangement for a day. We received TV, based on request, and enjoyed fruits and tea in the room while watching favorite movies. I explained to the kitchen ayi how to do breakfast eggs so managed not to get hungry over Chinese breakfast (never closing doors in winter). Dinner is available as well or you can get a taxi to the city - 20 min, we enjoyed Korean barbecue for two nights. Pity we could not try the pool and jacuzzi, it was very cold. Great service and great recharging stay, thank you for everything ZiShan Resort!

I appreciated this hotel, particularly for the location, in front of the park with Tianzi Mountain. The room has been also good with the large terrace with bath tube. Last but not least the kindness of the people working there always available to give you advices for the places to visit as well as riding you directly to the entrance gate or the taxi stop.

The owners of the hotel are very welcoming and very friendly. The room is the same as on the pictures posted. The neighbourhood is very quiet and I got a good night rest. Everything is very pretty and very clean, I love this style, kinda old and traditional. The hotel is very close to the street full of restaurants and there are many small shops around. The owners of the hotel have recommended a local dish, and I was very pleased with it, I also recommend it. I will post the name in the photos. I had great time here, and I hope to come back with my husband very soon. I highly recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is very good because it is near the entrance of the National Forest Park, near many restaurants and shops, near the bus stop for you to ride bus if you want to explore within the Wulingyuan area. The service is very good because the hotel staffs are very accomodating and responsive. The buffet breakfast is very good because all the foods are tasty and healthy, the restaurant has a nice ambience and nice staffs. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good because it was kept everyday. The amenities are very good because even if the hotel is big, they have many elevators that you can use that will take you to the outside level without passing or using the main elevator at the reception area inside. The room has all the things you need during the stay, with free bottles of water everyday. It is a plus having so many power outlets, an automatic curtain, an aircon that you can adjust yourself, big desk, lights with many lighting options, automatic toilet light sensor, and nice colorful street view specially at night.

Ticks all the boxes of an elegant resort hotel. Enough staff who understand English for communication at any time to not be a pain. Services were excellent. A special shout out to Ms. Pan for going out of her way to help us with our train ticket problem. Our room was spacious and luxurious; bed, linen, toiletries were premium quality. Breakfast had everybody covered. The hotel, next door up from the busier Pullman hotel is in the most scenic area of Wulingyan. There is a night market and an enclave of restaurants nearby yet oddly the area remains calm and very walkable. The hotel is about 7 to 10 rmb ( less than $2) from most places in town an 40 rmb from the fast train station. We did not use anybody's travel services as it was not difficult to get around. Locals call this hotel ”nabally;” neodalle” will get you a blank stare. Show them the hotel's business card and you'll be fine. All in all I'd choose to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It is well worth a 40% premium over Pullman.

On the first floor, everyone can warm up by the fire and drink free cold-repelling ginger tea. By the way, I would like to share with you a little tip for choosing a reliable B&B. I will specifically look for owners who quarrel with users who leave negative reviews in B&B reviews, especially those who leave negative reviews with just one line of words. The boss gives There are dozens of well-founded reasons, and the response to each negative review is different. It is obvious to the naked eye that this kind of boss cares about the store he runs. The chance of being wronged is relatively small, so he can rush. ② Nice room, delicious food Because we went in the off-season, the entire inn was very quiet at night and not too noisy, which ensured a good night's sleep. The room is very clean, comparable to other hotels in the same period, but the price is more affordable. The room is also very complete with various small equipment, such as basic toiletries, hair dryers and sewing boxes, which is very considerate. The hot water in the room is also very powerful in winter, and there is no problem of the water suddenly getting cold in the middle. It is basically hot to the bottom throughout. The room air conditioner can heat and the effect is good. However, there are no disposable slippers in the room, only ordinary plastic slippers. Friends who are more concerned about this can pick up a pair of disposable slippers from other hotels in advance. The B&B will provide breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning. I recommend rice noodles (because I only ate rice noodles), with prunes, pickled beans, chili and eggs. A bowl of it is delicious and warm, and then you can go hiking with energy. At 5:30 in the evening, the boss will cook firewood rice on the top floor of the B&B. It is very fragrant. Friends who like Xiangxi bacon should not miss it.
