This is a wonderful hotel, and what impressed us most was the service. It's an independent hotel run by a family, and they are incredibly caring and friendly. First and foremost, they greeted us upon arrival and took all our bags. Each bed in the room had roses, and importantly, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and are well-heated. For breakfast, they prepare omelets to order and can add things like sausages for you. Each room also features a smart toilet. We were given a tour of the rooms so we could choose our preferred view, and we picked the highest room on the 4th floor with an outdoor jacuzzi. But the main reason we booked this hotel was for the breathtaking view of the Avatar mountains and the park itself – it's truly indescribable and incredibly beautiful. They even drove us to the park and offered to pick us up later, though we didn't use that service. Overall, we are absolutely delighted! Besides the accommodation, food, and transfer services, the rooms also have projectors that you can connect to your phone to watch movies. We've recommended it to all our friends!

As a traveler who needs to balance online work, this place has surprised me. The whole house smart provides an efficient and convenient environment, and the high-speed network allows me to handle work at any time. The high-end toilet and free drinks are the embodiment of quality life, and the sky garden has become my open-air office, with a broad view and abundant inspiration. Take a walk to the Wulingyuan Marking Gate to relax your mind and body during the work break, exercise at the well-equipped gym in the evening, and the three lovely cats are also good companions to relieve stress. This balance of being able to work efficiently and experience nature deeply allows me to travel and work at the same time.

Thankful that we were upgraded and enjoyed the scenery that overlooks Wulingmen and some lush of green. Location is near but away from the noise of tourists. Xiao Zhang was very helpful and detailed in explaining to us how we should visit the park. We managed to seize the day to visit Tianmenshan so that it's not so tiring and most importantly it was closed the next day. She also helped us with purchasing the unlimited cable cars access. Was celebrating my girl's actual birthday during this stay and asked if hotel has any complimentary stuff. Did not follow up after that but was definitely surprised by the beautiful cake and crown provided by the hotel. It saved me the trouble of ordering a cake. Thank you for the kind gesture, it definitely made my girl's day. Experience in this place was great and we certainly love the memories made in ZhangJiaJie.
