The day before check-in, they proactively called to ask about any special requests, which was fantastic. Check-in on the day was very smooth, and the service training is clearly excellent. The front desk attendant was very friendly and gentle, escorting me to the elevator and even offering a complimentary gift. A special shout-out to the front desk attendant!
The room has been renovated, but everything worked perfectly. There was a little paint splatter on the doorknob, but it was minor. The room was very clean with virtually no stains – spotless. The bedding deserves special praise; it was incredibly comfortable, with one soft pillow and one memory foam pillow, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The shower water temperature was also very stable, unlike other places where it constantly fluctuates between hot and cold.
The location is a short walk from the convention center, but it's not too far.
Overall, for this price point, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended as a resting place for a trip to Zhengzhou.

GGuest UserA truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.

CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

GGuest UserThe location is amazing and up until the last few hours we were very satisfied with our stay. They gave a free upgrade to their newly refurbished 4th floor and that room really was awesome. We were not aware they cooked dinner well so we are out but should have dined at the Homestay. Breakfast was very simple but satisfying. They provide a transfer to Shaolin in a super nice car and plenty of free water to take with you during the day. So far so good. Now perhaps we are lost in translation but we indicated having a ride to our next stop charging between 260 and 380 through the didi app. Waaayyyy to expensive they said and offered to call a cab. The cab however was 445, a much higher rate. All rates included the toll. We asked about the type of car and were shown a luxury car. That car and that price were similar to didi premier so we said okay. Then they said it would take half an hour. We didn’t want that so said we would just go for the didi. They then said the taxi would be there faster. As you may guess; it was not. We ended up waiting well over half an hour and the taxi was a regular taxi. They ride was good, driver friendly etc but we felt a bit off about the way this went down. Again: could be lost in translation here so if you just arrange your own ride you will have an awesome stay with them. Ask for the nice room on floor 4! Picture is the view from our room.

GGuest UserAfter arriving at the hotel at night, I found that the booking on the platform failed, but the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped me place an order on the spot and upgraded the room. The service was thoughtful. The front desk lady surnamed Wang also carefully helped us push the luggage cart down to get the luggage and told us the location of the laundry room. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. The only drawback is that the software facilities such as hair dryers can be better, but it does not affect the use, and there is no second-hand smoke in the room! Very good!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Complete and complete, good air conditioning and refrigeration. There are radiators on the wall, which should work if you come in winter. Breakfast is on the sixth floor, with spicy soup.
Hygiene: The bathroom is clean and there are floor mats for showering. The sink is also very neat.
Environment: Located between Renmin Road Station and Erqi Square Station, it is convenient to travel and there are many shared bicycles. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a small park next to it.
Service: The room aunt was very enthusiastic. She met us when we left on the first day and helped us clean and provide slippers and water.

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel we stayed at throughout our entire trip! They provided complimentary fruit, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The room facilities were brand new, the room itself was spacious, and its location also made it incredibly convenient for visiting nearby attractions.

I like it very much! The room is clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very kind and have a great service attitude! The location of the hotel is very good. There is a big park right outside the door and the air is very good. There are subways and buses nearby, and transportation is convenient. The stay experience is perfect, recommended to stay!

GGuest UserWhen I booked the room, I thought it wouldn't be that cheap. However, due to financial constraints and seeing so many good reviews, I booked a room anyway. Upon arrival, the front desk lady greeted me warmly and was very friendly. Honestly, 58 yuan a room was beyond my expectations. Not to mention the air conditioning alone, it's a lot of money for a night's stay. They have everything a big hotel has. I don't know how the owner could come up with such a low price. It's really hard to live here! I have to give a good review. A hotel like this is so economical and practical.
