設施：新開業的各種設施都是新的，環境來説非常滿意
衞生：衞生方面非常滿意，自己潔癖比較嚴重所以看的比較仔細不愧是連鎖酒店，有相應的標準；
環境：周邊環境樓下就有一個公園，走路五分鐘就有一條美食街，位於市中心離夜市也很近，走路不用十分鐘；
服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，非常禮貌會用敬語，還會主動倒茶給我們非常棒！

不愧是新開業的酒店，設施設備都很新，與時俱進，設施齊全先進，體驗很不錯。
衞生：弄的很乾凈，但部分地方不太行，床是滾輪床，移開時底下灰還是挺多的。
設施：齊全很先進，但是有電梯到部分樓層對不齊，會絆腳。
環境：環境很好，離景點很近很方便，在中心。
服務：前台響應很快，不過機器人送貨有點慢，可以改進。

酒店總體來説還是很不錯的，乾淨衞生，設施也比較新，前台服務態度比較好，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的；如果能送免費的早餐就更完美了，畢竟現在很多酒店都送，也值不了幾個錢（前台説價值38元，成本不過5元而已）。

房間新，無異味。需要什麼打電話給前台立馬安排機器人送上來，辦事效率高！房間還有機器人小度，無需手動，省事。小朋友可以也跟小度玩一天。

千里迢迢去到酒店，大堂完全沒有暖氣，冰冷刺骨。到了房間空調半天才暖。沒有熱水！完全沒有熱水！一直到第二天八點才有一點暖水，算不上熱水。被單上有黑色的東西。體驗感非常差。住了無數次維也納國際，最糟心的一次！
