This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I have to give it top marks! First, check-in time was 3 PM, but when I arrived near the hotel around noon, I thought I'd just drop off my luggage at the front desk. The receptionist immediately said the room was ready and let me check in at noon – such a pleasant surprise, it made my trip so much easier. Second, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming to Chinese people, without any of the subtle discrimination that sometimes comes with other Europeans. He patiently explained things when I didn't understand, and he was very kind, even a little shy, and always willing to help Chinese tourists. Third, the room was large and comfortable, fully equipped, and had a kettle. Fourth, the location is convenient; it's just a short walk to the Estonian Gate, and there are supermarkets and restaurants across the street. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. The only minor issue is that the bathroom sink drains a little slowly, but that's a small flaw and doesn't detract from the overall experience.

Very helpful staff who provided detailed guidance on transport options from/to ferry terminal (we used Bolt ride hailing app-4.30€ after midnight to hotel and 6.40€ at evening peak to ferry terminal). They also gave comprehensive suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. Every frontline staff was excellent with special kudos to Alex especially and Keitlin. Tasty degustation menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. There's an excellent market, florist/plant nursery and supermarket a short ten minutes walk away. Bought a lovely Aechmea 'Blue Tango' bromeliad packed beautifully with soil washed off to carry on the flight home to Singapore. Grabbed a variety of smoked/cured meats and jerky (deer, elk, moose, wild boar, wild beef) and local Kalev chocs.

All good experience. Convenient to Railway and Ferry Terminals . 10-15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast had all the expected buffet choices. Room was cramped. Ensuite shower, WC and Basin can best be described as economic. So small I bumped my head on the door when ascent to toilet. Adequate for overnight stay. Emergency Stair lead to a dead end full of stored items which blocked any emergency egress.

Checking in was quick and efficient, but the staff came across as unfriendly. The checkout experience was similar: our card was taken, we were told ”ok,” and that was it. No ”thank you,” no questions about our stay, which did not feel very welcoming. The bed was extremely small and clearly worn out; you sink straight to the bottom, and the mattress feels overdue for replacement. The carpet looked dirty, and the curtains did not block much light, so the room stayed fairly bright even at night. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times already and that says it all. Clean, comfortable, warm, cozy. Very friendly people at the reception. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is a kettle in the room. Breakfast is not big, but very tasty and well presented. You can also have breakfast outside. Location, near Kadriorg park and tram stop to the center. The only caveat is that in some rooms the window may not open. And that's really important

We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept. We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning. First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners. We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!

Thanks to the enthusiastic staff, the bus can go back and forth from the airport for 2 euros. There is a large shopping mall and supermarket next to the train station. There are all applications for eating. You don't need to take a car to enter the city. The scenic spots are all concentrated within a few hundred meters of the hotel, which is quite convenient.

The staff was really nice and supportive, although we mistakenly booked a trip for a wrong date and arrived after midnight, the receptionist helped us to change our booking date with no fees! And it’s rare when there is an opportunity to check in that late in Tallin and get a wonderful service!would recommend this place to everyone!

This is the most expensive house I rented during my trip to Europe. It is a four-star hotel, which basically meets the standard. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It is close to the old town and across from the Tallinn Cinema. The front desk service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is also good. The bathroom is quite large, with separate wet and dry areas, but the room is small. It would be ok if it could reach 20 to 25 square meters.

WwanderingmumSecond time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

MMikeJMJonesThis is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

MMr. Alex2045Centrally based, walking dust nce can 15min to tallinn ferry port, 15min to Old city, rimi hypermarkets and other shops nearby, lots of public transport and Bolt scooters. Modern building, Very efficient heating and ventilation, no odours or humidity, cloths dry in 5 hours. The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers

MMeganNo kettle no desk, but the design was sleek and modern. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea. No slippers provided (ostensibly for sustainability but the tiled bathroom was freezing). Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower. The room heater wasn’t terribly warm, overall the room temperature stayed stubbornly at 23 degrees (definitely colder at some spots) and still chilly for tropical natives like me. It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow. Without the spikes I had with me to pull onto my boots, I would have no doubt fallen a few times. The staff were overall pleasant and professional. There’s a map provided of the main attractions as well. If you do succeed at getting a cab, there is a driveway adjacent so the driver can pick you up from the hotel itself. Not too far a walk from the old town - about 20-30 minutes.

DDennis 陈It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested. The saving grace is the good comfy bed. Room is spacious.

GGuest UserThe facilities were well cleaned. I did not have any issue. Also using provided linen, privacy of small bed is secured. Also the lamp is equipped with USB socket. No trouble at all. Only thing you should be aware is no locker is available. If you have luggage you can store it in the backyard securely.

LLamblampBecause I want to take a boat to Helsinki, I specially booked this hotel that is relatively close to the pier. Taking a bolt to the pier costs about 4 euros. In fact, there are several shopping malls near the hotel, including supermarkets and food courts. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very convenient. The front desk is courteous. When you check in, you will be given two hand straps, which you can use to bring into the swimming pool and sauna. The room is tidy and larger than expected. Our room is located on a high-rise building facing the inner street, so it is not noisy. Rich breakfast options, perfect for a short stay in Tallinn There is a sister hotel next to it, metropol hotel, which is older and has foreign groups staying there, so be sure not to make a mistake.

バニョンIt's about a 15-minute walk from the Tallinn ferry terminal. It was also about a 15-minute walk to the city center. The room is small. The walls and doors are very thin, so you can hear every sound of daily life😂 I had trouble falling asleep because the neighbors on both sides were noisy until late at night. This is just luck, so there's nothing you can do about it... The shower room and toilet are clean. The shower temperature and water pressure are good. You can borrow a hair dryer at the front desk.
