"Everything was great, just like the grades I’ve given in the above. The location was so perfect I have to double mention, near the train station and many other restaurants. The only downside I have is that the twin room beds were connected. If I wanted the twin beds to be connected I would have booked a double bed room. Other than that, everything else was good. Had a great experience staying here."

"The location is very good, with good food, drinks, fun and shopping nearby. I stay here every time I come here. My children are very satisfied. The service is average, but it is okay for one or two days. Compared with the surrounding areas, it is still good. The price-performance ratio is incomparable. This is the UK."

"Amazing experience!! The staff couldn’t do anymore! They were so helpful and friendly! It was my friends birthday while we were stopping! We arrived to a happy birthday message on the mirror and a little happy birthday chocolate cake and biscuits in our room! It’s the little touches that make all the difference!!! The room was so clean and comfortable!! Definitely had the 5 star experience!! I’m not sure what the lovely doorman’s name is! But he was so nice taking photos for us!! Couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore! Thank you for making our weekend so incredible! ☺️"

Amazing
TTeecaponeWe had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance!  The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The atmosphere was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were nothing short of a palace.  The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!

LLexinotlexieI recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience was great, especially Melissa and Angie at the front desk who made me feel at home with their professionalism and hospitality. On the day of my arrival, I arrived late to the hotel, but Angie, the front desk clerk, still smiling, quickly helped me check in and patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. On the third day of my stay, Melissa, the front desk staff, patiently assisted me with the renewal procedures and kindly gave me an umbrella. Although the hotel was very busy at that time, I admired her affinity. They maintained a high level of professionalism throughout their stay, from answering my questions to helping with restaurant reservations and transportation, and were meticulous, reflecting the excellent service standards of a five-star hotel. Of course, the location of the hotel is really good, the comfort of the room is also very good, every night I have a better sleep, especially the sound insulation, which makes me very comfortable. My heartfelt thanks to the Langham Hotel, especially the wonderful staff at the front desk, for making my trip even more perfect. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to other travelers! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

JJenniferFirstly the roof terrace, if you wish to use this, make sure to check it is available before you book. It was booked for private events all weekend so I was unable to enjoy the view that I originally picked the hotel with the idea of dinner over the London skyline. Disappointing and not made clear on apps or their website. Sooo, I paid for superior king room and was put in a disabled room with filthy yellow stained shower curtain and filthy shower seat (what if an actual disabled person had required this room..?!) the bedroom floor had visible crumbs. The TV remote was broken and TV glitched when moving channels, consistent message error when trying to connect phone/Netflix on TV. Broken lamp that fell to pieces when I went to turn it on, exposed wires so I unplugged it. The ”little shop” in the foyer charging £3.90 for one can of coke is mental. Long queue at check in and not much organisation in terms of where to stand and wait. Guy on the door grumpiest guy I'd met all weekend, no smile for me on arrival or leaving. The outside courtyard area could be literally covered for smokers or people wishing to sit outside and moving between my room and hotel and spa without being rained on. Plenty of people walking through restaurants in their robes straight from the spa was a bit weird. I liked the restaurant food and waiting staff were really nice especially Kathleen. Her sweet personality and kind attentive nature made a positive difference to my stay. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with this place considering the cost and other options available, despite being located in the city good for tourists, but I am a Londoner back home for a wedding, so I was quite disappointed with this place. Also felt the pool sauna etc are far too small for the size of the hotel. It got very busy very quick, men being excessively loud and couples in the hot tub. It wasn't very relaxing unfortunately. I would use Trip again but not to book this hotel. Luckily I have been given a small partial refund for my stay from Trip who helped settle my issues with hotel.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel in general, especially the rooms were so spacious and lovely! There’s two major things that needs working on: 1. The lifts within the building took ages to get up and down the building. We was on 7th floor and it’d take us anywhere between 5-10 mins of waiting time, to just get a lift. It’s a bit of a drag, and I think for a massive hotel like Leonardo’s, with a lot of guests staying in it, a quadruple lift is required side by side. This is a major red flag. 2. The hotel sauna, pool and steam rooms gets packed easily. We booked a weekend spa, to relax and didn’t feel so relaxed because of the over packed number of guests who were using the amenities.. it was just crammed the entire weekend. I can’t speak for how I’d imagine it over the weekday, but definitely avoid a Friday Saturday and Sunday. Maybe some extensions for the spa and wellness retreat can be made, to cater to a larger number of footfall of guests coming in.

PPangpangyusunnyChoosing Rosewood was definitely the best decision this time. It certainly didn't disappoint. 1. Excellent location. 2. Exceptional service – they have Chinese staff and respect Chinese guests. 3. Quiet rooms, and issues were promptly resolved. 4. Delicious food. 😋 5. All staff were warm and attentive. 6. The supermarket at the entrance is very convenient. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to London.

WWaseem197After I made booking via trip.com for 8 nights, I sent a request to hotel for two single beds instead of one king double bed in my room and also my room to be facing the river, not the back alley of the hotel. I did not receive any response/reply from the hotel until I arrived at the hotel for check-in. The staff at the check-in desk (Ms. Kalyani) told me that there is no room with two single beds available and the only rooms available are with one king size double bed + the room is facing back alley. She said the rooms facing river will cost more as they are premium rooms and if I want I will have to pay GBP35.00 more per night for 8 nights. She kept insisting that hotel staff replied to me via email/call or message that there is no room with two single beds available and facing river side. I told her several times that I have not received any message or call or email from anyone regarding this. She kept arguing and she was joined by more staff who also kept arguing. I told her that it is not acceptable that after I have made the full payment in advance, now you are telling me that you cannot give me a nice room. If I cancel at the day or check-in at hotel, I loose a significant amount of money. So, I am left with no choice but to accept whatever room is offered to me. After an hour of unreasonable arguments by the hotel staff (mainly Ms. Kalyani), I was shown a decent room facing river with a king size double bed. I specifically requested for two single beds but I was left with no choice but accept it because of the full payment in advance. This is something which trip.com and the hotel management must look into. Because if your hotel has made an agreement with trip.com to accept guests coming via trip.com, then it is the hotel's responsibility to make sure that guests requests are replied/responded on time. You cannot simply blame it on guests and ask them to check with trip.com. You are accepting bookings via several online booking agents including trip.com. It is your responsibility to check and confirm to guests any requests coming through online booking agents. Simply pushing it on guests and asking them to check with trip.com is not acceptable and this must change. In the end, Ms Kalyani (the staff at the check-in counter) stopped arguing and trying to prove her point that they are right. I have stayed in this hotel before for 4 nights and it was a good experience but this time it was not good. Although, Ms Kalyani tried to compensate me with a free breakfast voucher for two, for one day, it was not a good experience overall. The staff on the front desk in day shift and night shift are mostly very arrogant and ill mannered. They are probably paid low wages and no training provided to them to smile and be polite to guests. Mostly the flat face and rude replies with arrogance. I think the hotel management must look into replacing the Managers in day shift and night shift and also the should consider hiring people with good attitude and provide them proper training. This is not a good hotel to stay for long term, I will not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel more than one day.

GGuest UserThe initial room assignment was problematic; we were first given the worst room type and only managed to switch to a better one after negotiation. The location, however, was quite good, right next to a subway exit, making transportation very convenient. Our room booking didn't include breakfast, but there's a supermarket nearby where we could easily pick up items like bread, cereal, milk, fruit, and salad in the morning.

AAntoineInChinaMixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
