The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things.
The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff.
Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls.
Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

I left early my room. Due to that skipped my Complimentary breakfast. Not big issue they can arrange early.
hotel is following rules even I don't have any complain about that. But they can arrange early it is not a business we are doing on earth but some duties we should Play for humanity also. It's ok overall Nice hotel

The experience was good with Mayfair. The staff was very helpful with everything the food, the sight seeing,boat house were amazing specially the morning breakfast with huge number of multi cuisine.and special thanks to miss jaya who helped us with everything that makes our day even more special 💖

Location : Infront of Magneto mall , near by to airport . Overall good location .
Food : Good breakfast spread was present with supportive staff.
Facilities Room :
1. Not good quality , the carpet is dark and looks very dirty .
2. The room donot have any furniture except bed and table , chair and almirah .The Furnitures are not well cleaned as you expect .
3. The hotel donot feel clean and hygienic to stay .
4. The bathroom donor have curtains or door to separate bathing and toilet area .
5. They give only 2 bottle water free of cost for drinking .
Lobby :
1. Very pungent type smell is present feels like sweat and dirty .
Overall u would give just 3 star , you can prefer only if you donot get a better price hotel .
I booked as it was last moment booking .

GGuest UserArriving there already gives a shabby impression from the outside. Check-in was efficient but room allocated wasn’t really impressive and didn’t look at all as the room photos that are shown on the website and was actually quite shabby also. Questioned staff regarding this and was told that photos are of super deluxe rooms. Looked at other deluxe room options but only one acceptable had still to be cleaned. Opted to upgrade to a super deluxe room and paying the difference on the spot. Room was way better but still nothing like shown on the photos. Eventually room was comfortable, with good working AC. Room was clean, good large bed and also a good shower. Veg food available via room service, but no tandoori bread items available and also too much masala is being used in food preparation. Aloo ghobi was just a brownish sludge in a bowl tasting only masala. Food prices are ok but quality can be improved. Room presentation makes a huge difference, next morning housekeeping had prepared deluxe rooms differently giving a complete different impression as the night before. Be aware that currently there is no elevator available, as construction is currently being done to finalise installation of an elevator.

GGuest UserI am not happy with any service, whether it is room service or food service, there is a lot of negligence in all. Even for basic things like drinking water, if you take more than 1 liter that, you are charged. However, no hotel refuses to give drinking water. They give only 1 liter of water in a day and if you take more than that, you have to pay for it. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms and they do not have a permanent solution for that either. I stayed here for 3 days but my experience was very bad.
