The hotel's location on Ctrip's map is incorrect. It's not directly on Nevsky Prospekt, but rather on a wider side street off Nevsky Prospekt, with cobblestone roads on either side and a broad pedestrian walkway in the middle (the entrance is about 100m from Nevsky Prospekt). Despite this, the location is excellent, as it's close to attractions like Kazan Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, and the Winter Palace. The hotel's exterior is currently undergoing renovations (and it's not just this hotel; the entire area has scaffolding for facade work). Because of this, room windows cannot be opened, and there's no air conditioning, though fans are provided. We stayed for 4 nights. On the first night, we were in a room on the right side of the corridor. With the outdoor temperature at 10 degrees Celsius, the indoor temperature felt at least 25 degrees or more, and the bathroom was even hotter. We had the fan on all night, but it was really uncomfortable. On the second day, we informed the front desk that the room was too hot and asked for a solution. The hotel agreed to switch our room. Since the new room they offered was slightly larger and on the opposite side (the left side of the corridor), they asked us to pay an additional 800 rubles per night. As staying in the original room was unbearable, we had no choice but to agree. The subsequent 3 nights were much more comfortable, and we didn't even need the fan, but that was when the outdoor temperature was only 10 degrees Celsius. Due to the ongoing renovations, the hotel breakfast currently offers a choice of 1 out of 3 set meals, along with coffee, bread, and fruit.

Location: A 10-minute walk from the Hermitage and the Neva River, but there's no subway station nearby. The closest one is about a 15-minute walk away. Service: Very warm and comfortable. They offer luggage storage after check-out. Facilities: The facilities and environment are relatively clean, but the room is quite small. The hotel entrance is also rather small (which seems to be the style in St. Petersburg). Overall: Hotels in St. Petersburg are generally expensive in the summer. It's decent overall, but the value for money is just average.

Clean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available . The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers. The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants. Definitely worth it!

I especially want to highlight the incredibly courteous and kind staff. It felt like we were visiting old friends – always ready to help, smiling, and attentive to details. The food organization was another delight! * Delicious breakfasts delivered directly to our room – what a pleasant and lazy morning ritual, especially during the holidays. Everything was hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. * Unlimited ice cream – simply a brilliant idea! A delight for both children and adults. A small touch, but so memorable. The rooms were clean and fresh, clearly recently renovated. The bed linen and towels were fragrant, and the housekeeping was top-notch. Thank you for creating a truly festive atmosphere! We left with the warmest memories and will definitely return to repeat this experience.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Sapasan, it has a very convenient location and no noise from Nevsky Prospekt thanks to good soundproof windows. The rooms are spacious, and there's a minibar with reasonable prices. A bathrobe, slippers, and all disposable amenities are provided. If anything is missing, the reception can promptly assist. The entrance area and staircase are very pleasant to the eye. I constantly want to return to this hotel.

We've been wanting to stay in the Petrogradsky District for a while now, so we could explore it thoroughly! I spent about two weeks researching different options on various websites. But every time, I'm convinced that the best accommodations are listed on Trip.com! The result of my careful selection was Trauberg! It hit the spot – from the proximity to the metro, the quiet courtyard location, to the modern renovation and furniture (we booked the Family Room)! I highly recommend it! Прекрасный новый апарт комплекс, номер был с окнами во двор,милейшая дворовая территория,с зоной отдыха(столы лавочки насаждения ёлочки),у комплекса закрытая территория,ресепшен,круглосуточно решат любой вопрос.большие студии 30м,полноценная ванна в туалетной комнате,вообще в квартире есть все для жизни ,даже капсулы для стирки дадут при необходимости.

Great location, very close to the train and bus stations. There are also many restaurants and large shopping malls within a one-kilometer radius. The front desk lady was very nice, proactively asking about my room preferences and arranging everything. The only drawback is that the room facilities are a bit old, but overall it's very good and the room is quiet.

Convenient location, a leisurely 15-minute walk from the subway. Very clean. Everything is well thought out. There's a place to store belongings. Excellent new furniture and plumbing. Hot water always has great pressure. Plenty of elevators, no queues. Convenient check-in, with the option of a buffet breakfast. Pet-friendly.

I chose this place because of the location, but the location was actually just okay; everything else was great. The room was so cold that they gave me an extra blanket. The only downside was that the temperature couldn't be controlled, but everything else was truly the best! The free use of the washing machine was also a plus!
