I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the whiteness of the entrance, staircase and reception area was wonderful and it was so clean! The staff was very quick and courteous while checking us in.
When we entered our room, it was a delight - spotless, gorgeous cushions and good windows. We were so happy. We had an extra bed added which did make the walking space a little less but since we were out most of the day, it didn't matter.
We stayed for 6 days and in that time they responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently.
The bathroom was super spacious and we loved the big tub, especially in the winter when you want to have a hot bath!
The reception staff was very helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and in addressing all our questions.
The breakfast staff was also very helpful and polite.
There are 2 negatives I noticed - the breakfast plates were sometimes dirty and i had to request the staff for clean plates. And the shower curtains should be cleaned.
Overall its an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there if we go back to StP.
The location is phenomenal, cant get better than this!
One tip- breakfast is good but exactly the same every single day, there is nothing new and no change, so if you like some variety, there is a breakfast place opposite. You could go there sometimes.
Definitely a highly recommended hotel!

Guest UserFacilities: The equipment is very new, including the toilet with a bidet spray – very nice.
Hygiene: Clean, no strange smells. Very satisfied.
Environment: Great. There's a ramen restaurant downstairs. It would be perfect if the soundproofing for rooms facing the street were a bit better.
Service: Excellent. They helped me with my luggage.

Oh, how I liked this apart hotel, there was a small transit transplant through St. Petersburg on the way home.
Therefore, I was looking for a hotel close to the airport.
At first they wanted to settle in the hotel more simple, but then decided at least 12 hours, but let them be accepted.
When checking in, the slagbaum is worth the slugbaum and the taxi driver was afraid to go to the territory, thinking that when leaving it they will take 300 rubles. Don't be afraid to go quietly, the fees for it will not be, for the guests of this hotel free
The registration was quickly passed and we were settled on 22 floors, the gods look chic, in the morning sunrise found, in the evening sunset and all day was the sun in the room.
Everywhere perfectly clean and in the room and on the floors.
The room is quite spacious, large dress lockers, slab shelves on the wall for small things.
Food cooking dishes, there is a stove, a teapot, microwave. There are shops nearby with ready food and cooking products.
The only thing if the windows go south as we had, it will be noisy from the road, but in the summer it is possible to keep the window closed and turn on the air conditioner.
The hotel is far from the center, but the taxi solves the issue.
But close to the airport, 8 minutes in the way.
When we left there was evening and in the lobby of the hotel the girl played on the piano and I enjoyed a stunningly beautiful music.
And the girls were given at the hotel on the flower of the tulip, as it was March 8, it is incredibly pleasant that such attention to the guests.
There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, but we didn't have time to visit them, but I think there is also everything fine
Very light, modern, motor energy at the hotel, boldly live in it.
It is possible even with pets.

Anonymous UserPros: Excellent value. Very close to the train station, convenient for those traveling in and out of Moscow. Nevsky Prospekt and the metro station are both very close, and the Bull Restaurant is just over a 10-minute walk away. I bought a three-day St. Petersburg pass, which made bus and metro travel very convenient. The hotel was very clean, with a bar on the first floor offering free snacks. The breakfast was excellent, with hot dishes suitable for Chinese palates. The family rooms also had kitchenware, allowing for cooking vegetables. The staff were also very friendly, and the front desk spoke English. On my last day, I had to catch a train and had breakfast at 7:30, which they readily agreed to.
Cons: The hotel is difficult to find. After exiting the train station, go past two traffic lights and into a small alley, turn right. There's a bakery on the corner, next to a bank. There's a small white door (see the third picture, the small door next to the green shop). Ring the doorbell and go up to the second floor to check in. The hotel is a converted old building, so there's no elevator.

NstarGreat location, within walking distance from the railway station, metro (red and green), bus stations, Nevsky street and Galeria shopping mall.
Breakfast is served in set, which is nice and delicious but we stayed for 4 nights so we kind of get bored of the food for the 3rd and 4th days. The breakfast area is small and has only one coffee machine, which broke down on one day during our stay.
Room size is nice, enough space our luggages. Beds are aged and amenities are at par.
Housekeeping did a great job in cleaning the room while keeping the room set up exactly how we lay things out so we don’t have to rearrange our stuff.

Татьяна ШепельThe location is very convenient, both for transportation and for those who enjoy hiking (like us). We were a little disappointed that they couldn't provide a room before 2:00 PM. We tried the first time at 9:00 AM, the second at 1:00 PM. St. Petersburg was met with pouring rain and we were soaked to the skin, and we had a child with us, but alas... (they provided storage space in the storage room) and we weren't able to check in until 5:00 PM. As for the amenities in the room, we were satisfied with everything: the beds and bedding were comfortable and clean, there was a refrigerator, a kettle and tea accessories, and a microwave. The bathroom only had body towels (there were no small ones for the face), gel, shampoo, and toothbrushes and toothpaste. We didn't take breakfast, but the hotel provides this service if needed. OVERALL, EVERYTHING WAS OK!

Guest UserThe room was generally okay, the sheets were a bit dirty, but I called and they changed them! Everything else was fine. The location is good, convenient for getting around! The price is relatively reasonable!

Anonymous UserStaying here is acceptable, especially for a single night. I'd describe my stay at this hotel as 'just okay.' There are beds to sleep in and a private shower to wash up in. The walls are slightly less paper-thin than those in the city center. The artwork on the walls is cool. I think niche youth groups would really enjoy this place.
We had a 'Standard' room. Honestly, I have no major complaints about the room itself, although I found it a bit cramped. Nevertheless, I'll list the main drawbacks:
- Small sink (it was hard to arrange my toiletries);
- No heated towel rack (there's a simple bar dryer, but towels don't dry on it due to the humidity in the bathroom);
- No shelf in the shower (which forced me to put my shampoo and conditioner on the sink, as I don't use the generic hotel ones);
- A terrible hairdryer (either it won't dry your hair or it'll burn it);
- Worn-out Roman blind and bathroom door (these are purely aesthetic flaws).
Of course, one might think I'm being overly critical. And naturally, I wouldn't have even noticed these minor issues if it weren't for the staff's service. Honestly, it was disappointing.
The water in the room drained slowly. I appreciate that they fixed this promptly – within a day. However, I also asked them to switch the soap and shower gel, as the latter was by the sink while the soap was on the wall by the shower itself. My request was met with a chuckle and the phrase, 'I'll try to clarify.' What was there to clarify? They just needed to swap them. I would have done it myself, but I couldn't because of the special fasteners around the bottle necks. Unfortunately, nothing was ever done.
Afterward, I asked for new towels because nothing was drying properly due to the humidity. I also requested a bit of tidying up.
I was told that room cleaning and towel change were scheduled for the next day. I thought, 'Okay, I'll wait.' It was a bit disappointing that they weren't more accommodating, but legally, they weren't obliged to clean. However, when I returned the next evening, I found that nothing had been cleaned and the towels hadn't been changed. This is a violation of Resolution No. 1952 of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the classification of accommodation facilities, as a '3-star' hotel must change linen and towels once every three days.
But what was even more upsetting was that when I mentioned this at reception, no one offered a proper apology.
Later, a housekeeper came and brought bed linen. EVEN THOUGH I HAD ASKED FOR TOWELS MULTIPLE TIMES. They did bring them eventually, but it felt unpleasant. The housekeeper, by the way, brought them with an air of doing me a great favor.
And the windows were dirty, but that's probably just city dust in mid-summer. Still, perhaps they could have been cleaned before new guests arrived. This didn't affect the quality of the stay, but I'll mention it – just in case it matters to someone.
In summary: This place is fine if you're staying for just one night, as you won't encounter the issue of damp towels. Or if you're not particular guests and simply want a bed for the night and a chance to drink beer in an underground atmosphere.
However, if you're staying for several nights, care about good service and dry towels, and especially if you're just passing through with a lot of luggage, I recommend looking for other options.
Ultimately, the star rating of an accommodation is largely determined by the quality and modernity of its facilities, but staff friendliness and willingness to help should always be top-notch. Otherwise, the very essence of hospitality is lost.

Guest UserA beautiful hostel in an excellent location in the city. It is very close to two main streets (Ligorskiy Prospect and Nevskiy Prospect). Also nearby is the Moskovskaya train station and the Maiakovskaya and Vosstaniya metro stops (M1 and M3). Nearby is the Diksi supermarket (cheap and well-stocked). Walking along Nevskiy Prospect you reach the Hermitage Museum and the main monuments. St. Petersburg is very large, so location is fundamental. It is located on the seventh floor of a large, modern and well-kept building. There is an elevator. The hostel is clean, has several showers and toilets, plus a small, well-stocked kitchen with a dining area. There is also a washing machine that can be used to wash your clothes (although it is not necessary. On Sadovaia Ulitsa, a side street of Nevskiy Prospect, there is the Pratcha.com laundry which washes and dries your laundry in two hours, for 690 rubles.). Warm, welcoming, cheerful. The staff are very kind, speak basic English, and are always available to help. They're truly lovely. Slippers are also provided for the inside. The pods are standard, with wooden finishes, clean, and warm. Recommended!

СНатальяThis apart-hotel is amazing! It's newly renovated with a modern design, everything is spotless and pristine, and every detail in the room has been thoughtfully considered. The sofa is incredibly comfortable, and the bedding, pillows, and duvet are all of excellent quality. There's panoramic glazing, and the window opens to a beautiful view. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need. There's a night light, illuminated mirror by the sofa, and separate light switches so you don't have to get up. It's quiet, and no noise bothered us. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it to everyone. When I'm in St. Petersburg again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. Everything is 100% perfect, excellent! A huge thank you for such wonderful living conditions and the hospitality of the hotel staff! With immense gratitude to all hotel employees!
