The marvelous stone angel statues of Bali

Taman means “Park”, Dedari is a Balinese word derived from the Bahasa word Bidadari, meaning “angel”. Not surprisingly, the “Angel Park” – Taman Dedari – offers a green garden with statues of angels (some as tall as ten meters) overlooking the Ayung valley. It is located in the Royal Pita Maha, a resort famous for its elaborate and meticulous carvings.
