The Soviet Government of Fujian Province, Tingzhou Examination Hall

The former site of the Soviet Government of Fujian Province, also the Changting County Museum, is located at No. 41, Zhaozheng Road, Tingzhou Town, Changting County, Fujian Province. In the Song Dynasty, it was the site of the Tingzhou Garrison, in the Yuan Dynasty, it was the site of the Tingzhou Defense, and in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was the Tingzhou Examination Hall. 90 years ago, the first Workers, Peasants and Soldiers Congress of Fujian Province was grandly held here, which is a historic site of great symbolic significance in Tingzhou. The building is a courtyard-style earth-wood structure with a floor area of 11,370 square meters. The Tang Dynasty Double Cypress, Longshan Academy and Zhu Xi Shrine are the highlights of the ancient sites, while the Provincial Soviet Grand Hall, the Eight Fujian Founding Generals Museum, and the Red Shanghai Exhibition are the red cultural displays. On an early winter afternoon, there were not many tourists, the courtyard was very quiet, the sun was warm, the sky was clear and quiet, and the Wulong Mountain in the distance turned into a celadon color... The historical scenes in my mind overlap, making me feel the hard-won happiness of today's life.
