Review of Sinonomesou Hotel in Kinosaki-onsen. You can take a train from Osaka, but I drove for about 2 hours. If you're driving, you can park in front of the hotel to unload your belongings first, and the hotel staff will guide you to the free parking area, which is quite far from the hotel. After that, you can take the hotel's shuttle back to the accommodation. On the day of check-out, the hotel's shuttle will take you back to the parking lot. If you're coming by train, you might have to walk a bit with your luggage to the hotel. Overall, the hotel is a bit old, but that's understandable as it's an old house. The service is okay, and the staff speak a little English. The rooms are large, with traditional Japanese futon bedding, and include an en suite bathroom. For bathing, you must use the hotel's onsen bath facilities. Honestly, after soaking in the onsen's seven different baths, you'll already be quite refreshed. The hotel is located in an alley, not on the main road, but it's not far from all the onsen baths, and there's a Family Mart close to the hotel. The hotel provides yukata, umbrellas, bags, shoes, and onsen passes. Enjoy walking around and soaking in the onsen. Most of them close at 9 PM and reopen at 7 AM.
