Hyatt Regency Miami

The hotel itself is spacious and modern, with multiple floors to accommodate guests. I often went outside to sit on the steps, as there was a beautiful view of the water. Boats would often roam through, and it was a very soothing scene. The staff were not only welcoming but also brought a positive energy to the experience. The only minor feedback I had was related to coffee and tea availability. I'm not sure if this is a hotel policy or something specific to our program, but it would be beneficial if there was coffee and tea offered throughout the entire duration of our conference days, not just in the morning and afternoon. This can easier be improved: Due to the limited availability of the much needed coffee, long lines often formed, causing inconveniences as it often resulted in delays for our next training session or missed opportunities for socializing at the booths. ✅ After our red-eye from LAX, we were able to check in at 9am. With a 4pm (Globalist perk) checkout we were able to spend over 30 hours in the room. ✅ Good location in downtown Miami, close to shops, restaurants & Whole Foods. ✅ Attentive & responsive front desk & valet staff. ✅ Our first room (2016) had a weird humming noise in the walls, we asked to be moved to a different room & our 2nd room was spotless & “humm” free. ✅The room was spacious, with a fridge & coffeepot, along with a work desk & chair. Despite this, I highly recommend the Hyatt for its excellent facilities and the fantastic environment it provides for events. It was a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning in the future. #hotelreview
