Food Lover’s Haven in Xi’an

Located right next to the beautiful Drum Tower in Xi'an, the city's Muslim Market is the perfect way to experience a part of the city's diverse culinary scene. Plus it is super convenient to get to as well! Here you will be able to find pretty much everything you could need during your trip - clothes, souvenirs, jewellery...and most importantly, food! I definitely recommend coming here with an empty stomach, so that you can dive in head first and try everything possible! You will find stalls selling a huge variety of savoury bites: barbecued meats, tofu and lamb; hand-pulled noodles which are super tasty and a lot of fun to watch being made; sticky rice that has a sweet syrup drizzled all over it (and sometimes filled with a red bean paste), and of course Xi'an popular fast food item, the Rou Jia Mo (meat burger).
