Xi'an Travel Guide

Just got back from Xi'an and have put together some travel advice for sisters who want to visit Xi'an to avoid pitfalls in advance~ Accommodation can be chosen at places one or two stations away from the Bell Tower and Drum Tower subway line, where the cost performance ratio will be higher~ You must book tickets for the Shaanxi History Museum three days in advance, as they are hard to get, and tickets are easier to obtain at six o'clock in the evening. The Bell Tower and Drum Tower look better at night, and it is not recommended to go up. There are special viewing areas on the fifth and sixth floors of the Kaiyuan Mall, where you can see the full view of the Bell Tower, which is more suitable for checking in. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Great Tang All Day Mall are extremely crowded at night, so if you don't like crowds, it's better not to go. The Terracotta Army is far from the downtown area of Xi'an, and it takes more than an hour by subway. It is recommended to allow enough time. The ticket price of 120 includes both the Terracotta Army and Lishan Garden. There is a free shuttle bus from the Terracotta Army to Lishan Garden, and once you get off at Lishan Garden, there is free commentary to follow, and the guides are really fascinating. The Muslim Street and Shajin Bridge are worth a visit, with cheap and delicious food. The Xi'an Museum and the Beilin Museum are worth a visit, and they will be less crowded.
