Issyk-Kul lake
This is one of the best trips in my life. I have been here for more than i have flown back home. It's all about the beauty of nature. Whoever goes in here will definitely fall in love with the place. The name of the lake has a meaning that it won't freeze in the winter where the temperature is -30 c. One should visit this place and have memories which can be talked about for generations.#falltrip #mytravelhacks #localguides
High Altitude Lifestyle: Meeting Remarkable Locals in Kyrgyzstan
In Kyrgyzstan, many locals are engaged in livestock farming and are willing to live hundreds of kilometers away from civilization simply because high-altitude grass is more calorie-rich for their cattle.
For them, a salary of 14,000 rubles is so critical compared to 8,000 rubles per month that some even move to abandoned towns, where they can graze yaks that aren't found elsewhere.
We met one such local—a master in making pasta in the unbearable conditions of mountains and the polar regions. I believe he could make lasagna from rocks on the dark side of the moon without fire or utensils.
Incredible people. And even just for such experiences and encounters, it's worth traveling!
P.S. Did you know that horses are afraid of people and won't let you take pictures of them, but they're completely unafraid of drones? 😉 #MeetTheLocals #VisitKarakol

Suyab Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Li Bai's hometown - the ancient land of Suyab
A famous historical site in Kyrgyzstan: Suyab City - the birthplace of the greatest romantic poet and the poet immortal Li Bai worshipped by all (the birthplace is somewhat controversial, but experts currently identify it as here).
Suyab City was once a frontier town in the northwest of the Tang Dynasty, and its ruins are now located in Ak-Beshim, 8 kilometers southwest of Togmak City in the Central Asian country of Kyrgyzstan. In the words of the tour guide, it looks like a pile of soil from a distance, and a pile of soil up close. Although only a small part of the ruins remains, it is still thrilling here, and many great verses emerge one by one in my mind.
More worth seeing than Suyab City is Burana Tower, not far away, located 20 kilometers south of Togmak. It is said that Genghis Khan kept it because of its high height. The snow-capped mountains around the tower are endless, and on the boundless grassland under the snow-capped mountains, children are riding horses and herding cattle and sheep from time to time, and the shepherd dogs are accompanying them, forming a beautiful picture.
If you come to Suyab City for nostalgia, you can enjoy the scenery here, and the children of the herders are very enthusiastic. It is worth mentioning that the road along the way is a bit worse.
Bishkek, the romantic city at the foot of the Tianshan Mountains.
Bishkek is the capital of Kyrgyzstan and the political, economic, and cultural center of the country. This city is located at the northern foot of the Ala-Too Mountains and in the middle of the Chu River Valley, with a jurisdiction area of 127 square kilometers and a population of 1.05 million, making it the largest city in Kyrgyzstan. No matter where you are in the city, you can see the towering snow-capped peaks of the Tianshan Mountains in the distance just by looking up. If the weather is good, you can even see dozens of them standing in front of you.
Architectural features: The colorful and exquisite folk houses are the characteristic residential buildings of the local area, and some houses clearly show the shadow of the former Soviet Union. Houses of various styles are like diverse cultural blends, presenting the unique features of Bishkek.
Specialty food: Bishkek has many local specialty foods, such as hand-pulled noodles, horse intestines, pilaf, grilled buns, braised meat, and beef soup. The most special one is a drink called "maxsem", which can be called the "dark cuisine" of drinks. This drink is made by fermenting a mixture of barley, oats, corn and other grains with water.
The drizzle came to the hometown of Shi Xian Li Bai, the world heritage of Chu River, now in Ak-Beshim (Russian -) in Kyrgyzstan, about two hours drive from the capital Bishkek. The place is hard to find, the local driver said it was unheard of, relying on the map mark of the previous research, and finally met several local old people and said that Suiyap knew it was right. Although I saw nothing but a pile of loess, it seems that Taibai is still the same year, visiting thousands of miles, incarnate the ancients, through the time, respected the three cups of wine, and can drink with Li Bai, the same will enter the wine, life is so fast.

Osh Bazaar Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
OSH BAZAAR IN BISHKEK
Osh Bazaar in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Bazaars are always will be the heart of every city in Central Asia. They pump life into the city with their loud and chaotic nature. Since the Silk Road era, bazaars was the windows into globalisation and a meeting point between east and west, shaping the paths of civilisation across the world.
If you want to experience a true spirit of Central Asia, the bazaars are definitely a better cultural representative than any region’s UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITES 😬
This picture was in my Instagram drafts for almost 3 years … since Instagram might delete inactive account so here I am … posting
PS: Is it just me or your travel thrills start to kick in once you finished your flight check in and dropped your luggage at the airport… it came with the sense of relief and eagerness for an escape at the same time … no?

Issyk-Kul Lake Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Lake Issyk Kul, the 2nd largest saline lake
Issyk-Kul is the seventh-deepest lake in the world, the tenth-largest lake in the world by volume and the second-largest saline lake after the Caspian Sea.
There’s a lot of town surrounding it, we choose and went Bokonbayevo, where we can swim and watching eagle hunt demonstration.
Eagle hunting is a tradition in Kyrgyz, the hunting season will be on winter, spring and summer is the time for the wild animal to have babies. We went there in June, so we can only see eagle hunting demonstrations, but still it’s very cool to touch this giant creature. #lakes #centralasia #eaglehunters #kyrgyzstan
