A little old hotel already. Staff polite, delicious, cheesey breakfast. Also running a transfer to the airport. Overall everything arranged. There was one night.

Very nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park. Breakfast was nice too, everything's fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist. The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly. Overall very happy here, Wi-Fi can improve a bit.

this hotel was very clean and convenient. it is walkable to all main attractions in banja luka with no issues. the hotel feels very clean and safe and i highly recommend to anyone. there is free included breakfast which is delicious, (i went late, so there was not much food left, but it was still warm) and the staff are very helpful

The floor heating is very hot, the sound is not good, and the breakfast is average. The location is very good. Because there is no better choice for the transfer, but the service is very good, the country is too poor. Not picky can live

Good hotel and good breakfast. Close to the walking street. Enjoyed our stay there.

Останавливались на 2 ночи. Приятная хозяйка, бесконтактное заселение. Апартаменты чистые в новом районе, удобно добираться до набережной, крепости. Все понравилось, если приедем, то еще раз остановимся

The room was clean and tidy, although it was an old hotel, but the facilities were well maintained, the parking was convenient, and the breakfast was rich.

The front desk service is very good! The room is small and the facilities are average! Floor hygiene needs to be improved, breakfast is good!
