Incroyable. J’ai choisis le patio de mezraya grâce aux avis et j’en suis pas déçu. Le personnel au petit soin, le calme du patio et la beauté je vous en parle même pas. La chambre était tellement grande. Alors pour la nourriture, même pas besoin d’aller au restaurant. Le chef à des mains en or, et si on veut un plat en particulier qui n’est pas sur la carte, on peut le demander la veille au chef. Produits frais bien évidemment. Ils m’ont même offert un petit mot avec des sucreries pour mon anniversaire. Rien a dire🙏🫶

The hotel is located in the beautiful southern Tunisia tourist resort. The hotel has its own private beach, a large internal area, and a reasonable division of labor and design of various functional areas. The decoration has both local Carthaginian characteristics and is luxurious and elegant. The breakfast restaurant has an unbeatable sea view, excellent quality, large room area, and very high comfort.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the overall facilities are well maintained, the location is excellent for self-driving, and the safety measures are also good. The packaged service is cost-effective.

Alles war toll! Super nette Mitarbeitern insbesondere an der Rezeption. Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht und hat eine sehr angenehme Ambiente 🥰 Ich freue mich das nächstes Mal nochmal dahin zu gehen!

Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

Overall satisfactory for price quality ratio However, there are still some points to improve, such as the quality of some infrastructure (i have inherited a little bit red fridge for example). But honestly, for the price, meals, swimming pools, animations, tastes, staff availability, we should not complain too much. I will recommend, except for a few small details that you can't accept if you're not super-requiring

I am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.
