从旭川到美瑛站非常快，半小时以内就到了。美瑛站挺小的，就一个站台。出站后，左手边一直走，就能看到松浦商店，这里可以租电瓶车或者自行车。松浦商店隔壁就是四季情报馆，有任何行程上的疑问都可以进去咨询，还会给你时刻表地图等。还可以购买观光巴士票，游览美瑛几个重要的景点。继续走几分钟，有个巴士站，是可以乘到青池的，不过班次很少，一定要先看到时刻表。
