Huxtaburger Review

I actually think the best part was the buns.. My patty had some hard bits which I wasn't sure if that was a good thing- added texture? The bun had been nicely toasted on the grill and was sweet and soft. But for a burger place, waited 15 mins for our food which for a lunch time quickie during work, probably not ideal. And the place is pretty small..not sure it's worth the effort really.

This used to be the bar against which other burgers were rated but recently I've changed from thinking these are excellent to just "pretty good". They do burgers well don't get me wrong but I wouldn't call them spectacular. The shakes however are amazing. All in all its a good burger for the price (although my last visit they were playing Craig David which was somewhat off putting ) if you are in the area I would rate Humburger just up the road over huxtaburger
