In a city where last food orders are as early as 20:30, we were on the back foot for somewhere to eat at 21:00. Recommended by the concierge at the Kyoto Brighton hotel, we headed just 5 minutes up the road to Steak Ichiro. It turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip - A typical Japanense restaurant where we were treated to a master class in teppanayaki. The steak was delicious - cooked to perfection right in front of you. With limited covers, you're guaranteed a personal experience. It was a perfect evening - thanks Ichiro!
