Standing at the entrance of Kang Million Manor, I marvel at the huge scale of the manor, which is worthy of being the first person of Henan merchants. It shows Kang's distinguished life and great wealth. Built in the late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty, the fortress-style manor built on the hills is very distinctive in architecture, wood carvings and stone carvings. Xiao Jing, the tour guide, took us one by one to visit Kang Million's warehouse, workshop, main residence and South courtyard, set up underground treasury, accounting room, school, boudoir, marriage room, etc., and circled around the maze. Every couplet hall showed Kang's honest business way. Shu Xiangmen attached great importance to the education of children, leaving room for money in justice and dealing with people. It is these things that have sustained the family for generations. The large and magnificent Kang Million Manor is exquisite in architecture, rich in features and rich in appreciation. The whole courtyard is full of various kinds of brick carvings, wood carvings and stone carvings, which are magnificent and elegant in shape, and some of them are national cultural relics.
