The Tangyu Ancient Road is a very famous traffic road in ancient history of China, and it is also the only way to go to Qinghai, Tibet and even Nepal and India since the Tang Dynasty. The Tangyu Ancient Road runs from Xi'an, Shaanxi Province (that is, Chang'an), through Gansu, Qinghai, to Lhasa, Tibet (that is, Luosome), and is more than 3,000 kilometers long. The entire ancient road runs through western China, across the world-famous roof of the world, and connects to the friendly neighbors in southwest China, so it is also known as Silk South Road.
