The former site of the Yangjialing Revolution is the former site of the CPC Central Committee, located 2 kilometers northwest of Yan'an City, and is a national AAAA-level scenic spot. In August 1946, Mao Zedong met with the American journalist Anna Louis Strong at the small stone table in front of Yangjialing caves, and made the famous argument that "all reactionaries are paper tigers" in response to the epidemic of "fear of beauty disease" at that time. Seeing the old residences of Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Liu Shaoqi, Zhu De and other great people, it is very kind. In particular, the tour guide introduced Zhu De's old residence. Due to the old age, there are old cold legs and other problems. For the health of the elderly, it is still a dirt dumpling. The facilities in the old residence are very simple. In the long river of Chinese revolutionary history, Yangjialing in Yan'an is hailed as the eternal moment of red memory.

The parking fee for free visits to the scenic spot is 5 yuan. It is reasonable to charge 5 yuan. The scenic spot does not want to be equipped with several interpreters to let each tourist be immersed in the situation.

Mao Zedong lived here from November 1938 to May 1943. In the autumn of 1940, due to the construction of the Central Auditorium and other projects, the environment was noisy. Mao Zedong and other leaders and some central organs moved to Zaoyuan to live, and in 1942 moved back to Yangjialing. In 1943, Mao Zedong and other leaders moved to Zaoyuan from here. Mao Zedong wrote many important articles such as "China Revolution and the Communist Party of China", "New Democracy", and "Speech at the Yan'an Literature and Art Symposium". The Resolution on Several Historical Issues was adopted by the Seventh Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 1945. On April 23, 1945, the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China was also held here. It is now open to the public as a holy place for revolution.
