We arrived a tad early Staff were really welcoming & offered to store our luggage until we returned later for check in.  The room was more than what we expected, roomy, clean & great view down to the Ziggo Dome entry. The breakfast was  pretty amazing, the choices from hot food, cereals, bread & cheeses, fruit, hot & cold drinks an awesome variety. The restaurant in house had a good variety of food, service was quick, staff were friendly & helpful.  All staff during our stay were really good. The location for us was No 1 right next to the Concert we went to see, The Ladies of Soul’  we will definitely book there again in the future. Keep up the good work Jaz in the City Amsterdam Staff. The cleaners also need a mention as they were easy to talk to and helpful when we requested items that had run out in our room.

I stayed here for my birthday and had the most amazing time. The massage was absolutely mind-blowing and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the location was perfect – there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you straight into the city centre, making it so easy to get around. The rooms were spotless with a beautiful view, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. It made my birthday feel really special and I would definitely stay here again

We were happy to stay here for 2 nights. Glad that we chose this hotel for our last night in Amsterdam. Everything was excellent. The amenities were perfect, the suttle service was convenient and the ambience was nice. Will repeat this hotel for sure.

I booked this hotel near Amsterdam at the last minute for my flight, and I couldn't believe it when I saw the price was just over 200 (currency not specified), so I booked it immediately. The room was good, and the bar downstairs (which is also the breakfast area) was lively with an event, but I was too tired to join. Breakfast was excellent with a great atmosphere, and I also rented a hotel bike to cycle around.

My husband and I were pleased to return each evening from all our busy day trips to this peaceful and quiet retreat. It seemed relatively new built. A free shuttle brings you from the airport on arrival. We booked uber for our return trip to the airport as the shuttle does not start until 5 am but we had to be at the airport by 4am and had a large suitcase as well. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the local train/bus station where we could make our daily excursions from each morning. There is a good network of transport so we had no problems going anywhere. A direct bus takes you to Keukenhof park from the bus station. The rooms are cleaned on request when asked the day before. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly. However, any requests made took time to be heard and considered. I needed to request an extra pillow (otherwise it is only one pillow per person). Despite frequent reminders, there was no success I had to keep using towels or my clothes to raise my head but kept asking and perseverance paid off finally on the third night!!! The breakfast had a lot of vegetarian options (but not halal). I particularly liked their dispensers for fruit jams and condiments etc. The bar is open until 10 pm serving drinks. The hotel was very popular with big groups of tourists as it offers good value for money compared to the very expensive hotels near the central stations. The only drawback is that there is no activity in the Hoofddorp area itself. Overall it was good value for money and a pleasant stay.

Standard room, what you'd expect from a chain hotel. The lobby area was nice and spacious, with a bar that looked quite nice too. Huge (paid) parking area with two levels. It's close to a metro station, but it really is quite far from everything else. If you are planning to visit the city, I'd highly recommend to stay more closer to the city center because after late night, you'll have to get an expensive Taxi to come back. No late night tram stops nearby. The rooms were typical in size, bathroom, amenities, etc. They stored our bags until late evening, which we appreciated. There is a small kiosk that you can buy munchees if you take on a Brocolli adventure, with cheap chocolates and chips.

Stayed here recently and really enjoyed the clean, modern room with a beautiful canal view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s a bit outside the city center, but public transport is nearby and easy to use. Only downside was the pillow and AC noise at night. Overall, great value for a quiet and comfortable stay in Amsterdam.

Great location near the airport. I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and got exactly that. Traveling alone, I found the room very spacious — more like an apartment. The furnishings were modern and clean, but the shower hygiene could be better (found some hairs), and the toilet had a faint unpleasant smell. The fully equipped kitchen felt oversized for two people but well stocked with everything, even a dishwasher. The building interior seemed a bit dated with a slight odor, but overall I was very satisfied with the quiet room, comfortable bed, and good sleep.

This hotel is perfect for a layover or an early morning flight. The shuttle service to the airport starts at 4 AM, which is very convenient! The hotel itself is quite large, and there's a painted airplane inside, which is a cool and interesting touch. In the lobby, they offer a buffet and a cafe with Western food options, plus they have their own supermarket. All the facilities in the hotel are very new! However, the receptionist I encountered wasn't very familiar with the check-in process and charged me twice for the room, in addition to the amount already paid through Ctrip. Ctrip quickly helped to mediate and resolve the issue, and I'm currently waiting for the hotel's refund.
