A great way to travel along the coast! After booking, they contacted us via WhatsApp, discussed all our preferences, and answered all our questions. We agreed on the itinerary. All the detailed instructions were on trip.com, but they also sent them to me via WhatsApp. I was warned that this wasn't a tour and that the driver would just drive us around the route and barely spoke English. But the driver was friendly and talkative, set up a translator app, and we chatted the entire way. He also pointed out interesting places along with the itinerary.★

This was the first time I've had to contact Trip.com customer service because I didn't receive the address for collecting the tickets for the tour until the morning of the tour itself. This shouldn't be the case. I don't know if it's because I can't receive SMS messages since I have an eSIM, but I should have received it by email upon confirmation. Otherwise, it was a spectacular night tour that's a must-do.★

Easy to pickup, was a bit of a wait and some confusion among staff where the sim I ordered was. Signal quality is good, useful if you need a phone number to order food or booking some attractions.★
