You skipped the line and the immigration process itself completed in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, when I first arrived the staff specifically assigned to assist me was not present when I reached the immigration area. I had to send a chat via WhatsApp to let them know, and even then I had to wait about 10 minutes. Overall, it's not bad, because I still finished before compared to if I didn't purchase this service as the queue was quite long.

ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I was just joking with my friend, so I paid for it and didn't tell him. I actually got out first and waited for my friend. So I bought a snack outside and waited. When I told him I got out first on the fast track, he got really angry and asked if I hadn't told him,,,ㅋㅋㅋㅋ He said he'd do it next time, too. ㅋㅋㅋ

Grace was a very friendly guide throughout the tour. As a suggestion, I would recommend that the agency improve communication with travellers in the early stages, such as providing the bus number, the guide's contact details, and so on.
