I made this reservation at my mother's request. On the day of the tour, showing the voucher made the process very smooth. Some of the staff spoke Japanese, and they were very polite. The flight was only about 15 minutes, but it was very refreshing to be up in the air and we saw some great scenery. It was a very enjoyable time!

The overall itinerary was well-timed and the guide was definitely on time. Best part of this itinerary was our guide Mr Shin. He was very accommodating, welcoming and nice. He catered to our needs especially in this heatwave. Overall, I think Petite france was the least of my favourite and could have gone see the alpacas instead but it was worth the try.
