Start with tiramisu, then prepare fresh pasta dough by hand. Roll, shape and create your fettuccine and ravioli step by step, guided throughout the experience.
You will also choose your preferred sauce from a selection of classic Roman recipes, freshly prepared by the chef.
Once ready, your dishes are cooked and plated by the restaurant kitchen, so you can relax and enjoy a true Italian dining experience.
At the end, sit down and enjoy your meal with wine, water and coffee or limoncello in a welcoming central Rome setting.
