Honestly, I don’t know if it’s because I used this far north of China (Harbin), but it was quite slow, signal-wise. I was unable to use Messenger (Facebook), Google (Chrome), YouTube, etc. I was only able to use WeChat. It would notify my Messenger that I received something, but when I opened it, no messages or photos were loaded. However, when I used other data plans (eSIMs), I had no such problem. Then again, I only used those around ZhuHai. Therefore, I truly don’t know if the problem is the eSIM itself, or the fact that I was so far north, that it affected the signal and usage. That is why I didn’t want to give this an extremely low-rating because that would be unfair. As I couldn’t confirm the reason for the low signal.★

Overall, it was good; the network worked everywhere, with no dropouts. Access to chat gpt and Google services was unavailable. I recommend getting a different eSIM card if you need chat gpt.★

I used an eSIM for the first time on a trip to Korea. I use about 80-110GB per month in the country. I was a bit worried, so I purchased 50GB for three days, but I ended up only using a little over 10GB. Next time, I think I'll choose a plan with a smaller number of gigabytes. I used the same amount as in Japan, especially searching and watching videos on Instagram. I didn't download large amounts of data (long videos, etc.) or watch videos for long periods of time. I hardly ever connected to Wi-Fi, so that's how much I paid. I never had any issues connecting due to crowded areas, and in fact, the internet connection was smoother than in Japan.★

Bought 3 of these SIMs for our family trip to the OAE. All worked flawlessly in Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 4. No connection drops and no issues whatsoever. Speed was good, although sometimes it takes 1-2 seconds to start working, probably because rerouting is from HK, but on the upside, I could have video calls on WhatsApp without any problem (WhatsApp cannot be used for calls if you're on a UAE provider, only chat).★
