If you fail to redeem your ticket successfully or fail to board the bus within the specified time after redemption, you will be deemed to have waived your rights and no new ticket number will be issued. The time and schedule provided by the official website will prevail when redeeming your ticket.

The bus schedule and availability are subject to the information provided at the time of ticket exchange.

All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these terms and conditions, shall be subject to the final decision of Hong Kong-Macau Express.

1. Important tips: Please prepare the necessary documents (visas) for customs clearance. If you are a foreign tourist, please provide relevant entry documents according to local requirements. If you cannot produce them and are unable to enter the country, any losses will be borne by the guest.

2. It is recommended to book tickets one day in advance, and the ticket inventory fluctuates greatly and needs to be confirmed again. If there are seats, we accept same-day reservations, and you need to wait for the bus company to reply; but please note: the ticket purchase will stop 60 minutes before departure, so do not place an order;

3. Before placing an order, please ask customer service if there is a spot (provide date and time for customer service to check)

4. When placing an order, you need to reserve one of the guests' name in Chinese + Pinyin, ID number, contact number of the reservation person, email address and other information;

5. After the reservation is successful, the confirmation voucher will be sent to your mobile phone and email; please go to the boarding station at least 15 minutes in advance, show the QR code or provide the ticket number to the on-site staff (please be sure to show the supplier's voucher to scan the code to exchange the ticket), and the on-site staff will print the ticket for you (the voucher shows the seat number, the seat is randomly assigned by the system and cannot be specified)

[Luggage Notes] :

1. Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of luggage and one piece of hand luggage free of charge

A Luggage volume not exceeding 64cm x 41cm x 23cm (25in x 16in x 9in) and weight not exceeding 10kg (22lb)

B Hong Kong-Macau Express has the right to refuse to transport overweight or oversized luggage (the sum of the length, width and height does not exceed 128 cm or 50 inches) and dangerous goods (inflammable, explosive, highly corrosive, offensive items, animals and livestock, and other items prohibited by customs, etc.).

C. For overweight or oversized luggage approved by the Hong Kong-Macau Express, the Hong Kong-Macau Express has the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket at a cost of RMB 50 per piece of luggage.

D If any accident occurs due to the passenger carrying prohibited items, all consequences shall be borne by the passenger himself and he shall bear all economic losses caused by the Hong Kong-Macau Express Company and our company.

B If the luggage is lost or damaged due to negligence of the Hong Kong-Macau Express staff, the Hong Kong-Macau Express will compensate up to HK$500 for each incident.

C When arriving at the customs, passengers need to carry their luggage through customs by themselves and should abide by the relevant regulations of the Hong Kong and Macau customs. If they violate the regulations, they will be responsible for it. After passing the customs, they must carry their luggage on the bus by themselves. The company will not be responsible for compensation for any luggage left in the transit vehicle.
