The organization for the start of the transfer was good. However, there was a problem with the vehicle, and we weren't informed of what was happening. We made a stop and were offered a drink while waiting for the taxis that finally completed the journey. Our arrival time in Fez was delayed by more than an hour due to the vehicle issue.★
