Overall it was good and smooth but I want to point out some drawbacks. 1. The bus stop at Macau Galaxy hotel is at the end of the complex and is hard to find. 2. The staff at the Galaxy hotel spoke Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) only. 3. If you cannot use an e-channel at immigration, you may be left as the bus left in 15-20 minutes while passing the immigration would take ~30 mins. You can take a later bus but have to contact the staff in a red coat (the staff spoke good English at HK side)★

Our family of five traveled from Hong Kong to Macau and chose a cross-border car rental service between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau through Ctrip. After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. We will definitely choose this company again for our next trip.★

I used it to go from Hong Kong to Shenzhen. Since my destination was Nanshan District, I took the bus to the Shenzhen Port. It's a little more expensive than the subway, but the advantage is that you can always get a seat.★

Great transfer but you need to know that sometimes you need to use different buses , not same bus [ if you cannot speak English before getting off the bus, the driver or bus conductor will show the direction in the mobile phone's screen [in English]...which way, or place u should go after passing the custom... If i know this before, it would be better for me to arrange my trip.The quality of all 3 bus are the best..love ..
