He didn't rush to conclusions, but rather unfolded the story layer by layer, starting with the background of the Great Wall's construction, its historical context, its military function, and the sacrifices of ordinary people, placing the grand historical narrative back into the context of real people and the era. Listening to his explanations wasn't just about gaining knowledge; it was about feeling the weight and warmth of history. We booked this tour in advance and were already scheduling the others. This wasn't our first time on such a tour in China, and we had a general idea of ​​the format. The driver and guide arrived on time, and along the way, we discussed stopping at the helipad. The guide suggested doing it first, which turned out to be a very smart decision. Overall, we were lucky with the lines that day; we spent less than an hour standing at the turnstiles. The driver and guide made our trip comfortable and helped with all the necessary details.

Words can't describe the beauty there. Book the tour and don't even hesitate! I also loved the organization: they wrote detailed instructions the day before, explaining everything. Our guide, Icy, was available and spoke very good English, so there were no communication issues. I really enjoyed her work: she shared a lot of information, helped with photos (I was alone, and Icy took many wonderful photos), and offered advice unrelated to the tour. I also loved the pace of the tour itself—we moved at a comfortable pace, had time to look around, take photos, and if anyone lagged behind, we waited for everyone. So if you have any doubts about your stamina, don't hesitate! A big thank you to our guide, Icy—everything was absolutely fantastic!
