The trip went very well! Our guide, Amy Hu, was very informative and told us a little about the history of the Great Wall of China. The tour takes about 2 hours.

We really enjoyed the tour. The guide contacted us a few days in advance and explained everything in detail. We went with a Chinese group and a Russian-speaking guide, Yana. Yana was very attentive. We bought entrance tickets and lift tickets on the bus. Yana explained everything in detail, so we had no problems. She even gave us small gifts after the tour. We were very pleased with the tour. Next time we book a tour, we'll only book with this company! Thank you for a wonderful time!

We spent a lot of time researching options for getting to a section of the Great Wall and decided this was the most suitable option. Let me clarify right away: this is a transfer with a company representative who is responsible for ensuring a smooth transfer and helping you choose tickets to and from the wall. This is very convenient, as you save time and money (up to 10 yuan, a small change, but a nice touch). It's convenient that instead of tickets and QR codes, you simply give your passports for scanning, which are provided to the company when purchasing the transfer. I would like to highlight the work of our guide, Lucy, who was always ready to help. She speaks English fluently, was happy to answer any questions, and overall, her work helped my son and I have an exceptionally positive experience on the trip. Lucy also warned us in advance about the possibility of returning earlier or later than the group's deadline with timely notice, and also pointed out the pros and cons of possible routes. I definitely recommend it.

There was an initial misunderstanding because the employee didn't contact us for a day. It later turned out the contact was made via WhatsApp and there were no notifications, so this "complaint" is dismissed. Regarding the trip overall, everything went great – the guide Jane contacted us the day before via the aforementioned messenger, scheduling our meeting location and time. We didn't know it was a tour, as the service was only a transfer, but that didn't interfere with the trip. We also joined the tour for lunch, but otherwise, we walked around on our own. The tour ended around 8:40 PM, so we had plenty of time for the wall and Gubei. However, a little earlier would probably have been even better, but that's a matter of taste. I recommend booking this transfer through this source. Everything went great!
