My trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall was absolutely wonderful thanks to the driver and guide! Their service was impeccable, completely eliminating any concerns I had before the trip and providing a truly perfect experience.
The driver and guide were incredibly punctual, arriving early for the agreed-upon time and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey. The trip was anything but boring; the driver and guide were exceptionally attentive, patiently introducing us to various plants in Beijing along the way. Their vivid and engaging explanations added a unique charm to the journey, making even the most tedious drive more enjoyable.
Upon arriving at the Mutianyu Great Wall, the driver and guide provided a very detailed explanation of the eastern and western routes, highlighting key attractions and varying levels of difficulty. They clearly explained the differences between the two routes and recommended approaches, allowing even first-time Great Wall visitors to plan their itinerary without any stress, avoiding any unnecessary detours and maximizing their overall experience.
After the tour, the driver thoughtfully and perfectly transported us to our dinner location. Everything was arranged flawlessly, with attentive and meticulous service. From departure to the end of the tour, every step was handled flawlessly. Professional, responsible, and considerate, having such a driver-guide made our Great Wall trip exceptionally fulfilling. It was the peak season so there’s just too many people but overall we enjoyed our first time visiting Badaling Great Wall. Be careful climbing the steep steps of the wall; without people around is already a challenge but with that much people; well agility is a must too. Anyways our guide is very helpful too and we enjoyed the overall experience. Half day is enough since basically you are just climbing the same thing unless you love the challenge of walking 2 to 3 km of walk.★

Choosing driver Yan Wei for this tour was absolutely the right decision—the experience was fantastic! Not only is his driving skill superb, but he also drove safely and quickly throughout the trip, giving us passengers complete peace of mind. He knows the local routes like the back of his hand, always managing to avoid congested areas and taking us to each attraction on time. He even thoughtfully pointed out convenient parking spots and photo opportunities, acting like a walking map and a mini-guide.
His service was also exceptionally attentive. The car was clean and tidy, and he had pre-set the temperature for us and provided drinking water. He was always punctual for both departure and return, never making us wait. Along the way, he chatted with us about the local customs and culture, creating a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. In short, choosing driver Yan Wei is definitely a reliable choice, and I highly recommend him!★

Words can't describe the beauty there. Book the tour and don't even hesitate! I also loved the organization: they wrote detailed instructions the day before, explaining everything. Our guide, Icy, was available and spoke very good English, so there were no communication issues. I really enjoyed her work: she shared a lot of information, helped with photos (I was alone, and Icy took many wonderful photos), and offered advice unrelated to the tour. I also loved the pace of the tour itself—we moved at a comfortable pace, had time to look around, take photos, and if anyone lagged behind, we waited for everyone. So if you have any doubts about your stamina, don't hesitate! A big thank you to our guide, Icy—everything was absolutely fantastic!★

The Great Wall of China tour was superbly organized. We'd originally planned to take a tour bus from Qianmen Square to arrive early. But luckily, we saw this offer on trip.com and it was a great choice. Our guide, Maxim, gave us a fascinating insight into the history of the Wall, the history of China, and even life in China. It was incredibly interesting, and the trip flew by. Upon arrival, they explained everything in detail. They treated us like valued guests and provided everything we needed to visit the Wall and relax in comfortable surroundings before returning to Beijing. I definitely recommend using this company's services. I'm sure you won't regret it. A huge thank you to Maxim and Oleg for ensuring our experience at the Wall was a positive one, and for making sure we return to do what we haven't yet had the chance to do. (But it's our own fault; you need to stay in shape.) We hope our review helps future travelers.★

It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket.
