Child Safety Seat Usage Instructions:

According to the transportation regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting from November 1, 2025, children under 8 years old and shorter than 135 cm must use standard child restraint systems (such as child safety seats) to ensure travel safety.

To fully comply with the above regulations and effectively ensure the safety of children during travel, we offer the following two solutions for your choice:

1. Bring your own compliant seat: You are welcome to bring your own child safety seat that meets the safety standards of the country or region.

2. Rental of our services: We can provide you with additional child safety seat services, priced at CNY 148 per use per seat.

Friendly reminder: To ensure maximum safety for children during car rides, we strongly recommend preparing or renting a child safety seat in advance.

If you wish to rent, please inform us through customer support channels before 17:00 the day prior to your rental date so we can make proper arrangements for you.

Terms and Conditions for Hong Kong Local Car Services:

(1) Waiting time and overtime fees

1. Hong Kong local car hire

①Airport drop-off/Transfer service: Free waiting duration is 30 minutes. Overtime fee is CNY 5/minute.

②Hong Kong Airport Pick-up: Free waiting duration is 90 minutes (starting from the actual flight landing time). Overtime fee is CNY 5/minute.

Special Note: If you need the driver to continue waiting beyond the free waiting period, please negotiate and agree with the driver in advance and pay the corresponding overtime fee. If an agreement cannot be reached due to the driver's tight schedule for subsequent trips, the driver has the right to leave, and the booking fee will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

(2) Night service fee

1. Regular service hours: Daily 07:00–22:00 (excluding holidays)

2. If you require a vehicle outside of regular service hours, an additional nighttime service fee will apply. The nighttime service fee for local rides in Hong Kong is CNY 100 per trip.

Special holiday notice: During statutory holidays such as Lunar New Year, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, National Day, and Christmas, the nighttime service fee period will be adjusted from 18:00 on the current day to 07:00 the next day. Please confirm the specific implementation standards with customer support.

Additional payment requirement: If the vehicle rental duration extends into the nighttime service period due to flight delays, the customer must pay the corresponding night service fee before using the vehicle to continue receiving service.

(3) Flight Delay Handling Mechanism

If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, we will try our best to arrange a new driver for you. If we are unable to arrange a replacement due to capacity reasons, you can request to cancel your booking with no charge and receive a full refund.

(4) Passenger count, child safety seat occupancy and baggage restrictions

1. Headcount calculation rules:

Both infants and children are counted as 1 person each in the total passenger count.

② If you book a child safety seat, it will occupy approximately 1.5 standard seat spaces. Therefore, the system will count it as 1.5 persons when calculating the vehicle's capacity.

2. Capacity restrictions:

The total number of passengers (including children and infants) and the quantity of accompanying luggage must not exceed the vehicle's maximum capacity limit displayed on the page (including seating capacity and trunk volume).

3. Excess Handling Mechanism:

If the actual number of passengers or baggage volume exceeds the vehicle's approved capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service based on safety and compliance requirements. Any resulting travel delays, booking cancellations, or other losses shall be borne by the passenger.

(5) Meet & Greet Service Description

1. The meet-and-greet service is not included in standard airport pick-up packages. If needed, please contact customer support at least 24 hrs in advance to make a reservation.

2. The service fee is CNY 100 per trip. Upon successful booking, the driver will be arranged to wait at the designated area holding an airport pick-up sign with your name.

3. Important Notice: Last-minute requests for signage may not be accommodated due to staff scheduling or resource limitations. On-site additional orders are not accepted.

(6) Booking Cancellation & Modification Policy

Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for free due to personal reasons, including but not limited to: expired ID, inability to enter the country, missing a flight, oversleeping, etc. If you need to cancel, please pay the corresponding cancellation fee according to the rules displayed on the booking page. After the booking is confirmed, the vehicle rental duration cannot be changed to ensure the reservation of service resources.

(VII) Additional Notes

Prices may fluctuate during special periods (such as holidays or major events), and the final price is subject to confirmation by customer support.

② The airport pick-up point cannot be specified in advance. Please follow the driver's on-site instructions.

③ If passengers fail to declare in advance that they are traveling with children under 8 years old and below 1.35 meters in height, and no child safety seat is provided during the actual ride, the driver has the right to refuse service based on safety regulations, with no refund for incurred charges.

Entry Requirements

Before purchasing this product, please ensure you are aware of the relevant policies at both the point of departure and destination, and verify that your personal visa meets the destination requirements as well as all travel conditions.
