The Trip.com booking system only showed the pick-up point as China Hong Kong City (without an address), requiring me to arrive 20 minutes early. To avoid being late and missing the pick-up point, I went to check it out the night before, but after searching for a long time, I still couldn't find it. When I called the number listed on the Trip.com website, the person who answered said they were security guards and didn't know anything about the bus. So, the next day, I arrived very early and went to the address I found online, "33 Canton Road," because it was close to my hotel. Taxis refused to take my fare, so I had to drag my heavy luggage around for a long time before finally finding the check-in point on the first floor of China Hong Kong City. The actual pick-up point was on the basement level, and I needed to be led there by staff. Furthermore, the bus company information was also unclear, only stating "Zhuhai" without specifying which mode of transportation to Zhuhai. I hope Trip.com can provide clearer information about the check-in point to better serve out-of-town travelers.Trip.com Picks
