How to use

How to use the pass

1. Access link: Click the URL in the PDF e-voucher: https://trip.managebookings.com/

2. Fill in the information on the PDF e-voucher: Name, Email (enter: ticket@globaltix.com) Confirmation Code

3. Select attractions: Browse and select the attractions/activities you want to visit to view detailed descriptions of each attraction.

4. Reservation time (if necessary): Specify the travel date and time for the selected attractions.

5. Get your voucher: Click "Redeem Now" to generate e-tickets for each attraction, download and save them, and scan the QR code to use.

Change & cancellation policies

Cancellation can be requested anytime if unused, not activated, or not reserved

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

1. This Singapore Attractions Pass is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and expires at 23:59 on the last day of purchase. It will automatically expire upon expiration and cannot be extended.

2. Redeemed Attraction Admission Ticket are non-refundable and non-rescheduling. Some attractions have daily admission limits and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If a particular date is full, please reschedule your trip to another date.

3. Ticket holders are advised to check the official website of the attraction in advance for opening hours and venue information.

4. Refund Policy: Unused passes within the validity period are refundable. Passes activated or expired are non-refundable. Partially used passes are non-refundable. admission ticket with lost, stolen, or damaged QR codes will not be reissued or refunded.
