The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use. There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process. Most of the time you just have to show your QR code. I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG

Had a midnight layover at Plaza Premium Lounge in Singapore during our couple trip. The lounge was clean, quiet, and a comfortable place to rest between flights. Even late at night there were still hot food options, snacks, and drinks available. Overall a pleasant and relaxing layover experience. Will definitely revisit again when we have a layover at changi airport again!

A great option for visiting Singapore. We rented it for four days, and it worked flawlessly on buses and the subway. It's also very convenient that you can pick it up immediately upon arrival at the subway station (Terminal 2). The purchase process is quick.


