How to use
When confirming the reservation, an email will be sent with the QR code and instructions on how to use the City Pass.
Within 2 days after your reservation is confirmed, you will receive usage instructions via email or voucher upload.
The downloaded City Pass can be used directly via mobile phone.
The unlimited access right starts counting from the time of first use at the destination. For example, if the 1-day unlimited access is used at 13:00, it will end at 13:00 the next day.
Encourage adding individual travel insurance.
* Pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
