Excellent tour that delivered as promised. It was a long day but fun - took an hour long train from Vienna, got fitted for bikes, then off to the first winery. Weather was chilly but beautiful , stops were perfect, lunch break was just the right amount of time, then off to an afternoon stop before heading back to town and train station. The bikes were light and good quality for rentals. I appreciate that they added panniers for free. I want to call out the guide, (Sana? Sonna?) for doing a great job. I was a guide in Sonoma for six years in another life and can appreciate when a tour guide is putting the work in. There was a decent amount of logistics during this day and she did a great job keeping the group on track, on time, and happy. The two most important factors in a good tour are the weather and the guide, and you can tell when a guide likes what they do and has good relationships with the people and places they introduce you to. We were lucky on both counts. Would recommend.

Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.

Purchased 6 days pass to max out my days in vienna. I visted Schönbrunn palace (a unesco site), vienna zoo, ferris wheel in Prater, Donauturm tower, Madame Tussaud, national library, opera hall, hop on hop off bus and more.

A wonderful tour! Incredibly beautiful places. Definitely worth visiting at least once in a lifetime! Thank you to our guide, Alexander, for a wonderful tour! He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, yet made it interesting. He answered all our questions. Alexander conducted the tour in both English and Russian (for the two Russian-speaking participants), for which we are especially grateful! Our driver, Vitaly, was very experienced and drove extremely carefully, so thank you very much! We felt completely safe with him. I highly recommend this tour and our guide, Alexander!
