Discover the Medieval City of Cuenca, a World Heritage Site, on a full-day guided tour from Madrid.
The day begins in central Madrid, where your bus will pick you up and you'll be accompanied at all times by our local guide. Admire the scenery as you enter one of the most unpopulated areas in Europe. We'll make a brief stop along the way for breakfast or a bathroom break if you need it.
Upon arriving in Cuenca, we'll head to the Barrio del Castillo, the highest part of the city. From there, we'll begin a guided walk exploring the most beautiful corners and monuments of the medieval center. We'll visit the Museum of Abstract Art, the most famous in the city, located within the Hanging Houses.
Afterward, we'll have free time for lunch in the Plaza Mayor.
Finally, we'll visit the cathedral with our guide and then return to Madrid.
