This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

Phi Phi Island was absolutely amazing! The high-speed boat ride was exciting and added to the overall adventure (not recommended to pregnant ladies, people with heart diseases, ...). The tour included several stops for swimming, optional boating activities (with an extra charge), and snorkeling. We were also served a brief breakfast and a delicious lunch.
The tour guide was very supportive and friendly throughout the trip. They even helped me find my phone after I accidentally dropped it while snorkeling. I was incredibly lucky! I highly recommend taking good care of your belongings, as not everyone may be as fortunate as I was to recover a lost item.★

This trip was incredibly worthwhile and comfortable!
We were picked up in the morning and taken to the meeting point. It's worth mentioning that there were only seven Chinese people in the entire group, but everyone was so friendly. The guide was Thai and spoke Chinese, and he explained everything in Chinese every time, and his Chinese was excellent!
It was a truly immersive boat trip. You could even swim, and the self-service clothing was superb. Drinks, iced water, and coffee were always available. The boat meals were also delicious and unlimited: rice, noodles, chicken, and fish.
In the cave, the Thai boatman showed us the bats in the sky and occasionally let us lie down while we passed. It was incredibly safe and immersive!
The 007 island was also incredibly photogenic, and we had absolutely no time.
At the end, we even had time to swim and play in the water. We didn't have to focus on walking or sightseeing. We were on a boat trip, just enjoying the water and enjoying Phuket. Everyone's safety was ensured. The Thai-Chinese director was truly responsible and shared his health and longevity lifestyle with us, making the experience much more enjoyable than other tours.★

I only took the afternoon trip. The tour guide Lucas was very helpful and nice. His English was good. The tour guide picked us up in the old town. It took an hour to the incense stick village. Where you can take some really nice pictures, learn some knowledge about the history of incense stick and the meaning of them. Then we took an 30 min ride to a village of Vietnam hat. We learnt the process of making Vietnam hats and we could draw our own Vietnam hats for free. After the whole trip, the tour guide took us back to our hotel.★

The trip was absolutely wonderful, not just because of the stunning beauty of Phi Phi Island, but also because of the amazing tour guiding staff. The guide, whose name I believe was Suraya or Somya, was such a wonderful lady, friendly, kind, and full of positive energy. The whole boat team was incredibly helpful and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the journey.
Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish , from the warm welcome to the smooth sailing and the delicious onboard refreshments. My favorite part was definitely the snorkeling , the crystal-clear water and colorful marine life were truly unforgettable.
Thank you to the entire team for making this trip so special! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Phuket , you’ll not only see paradise, but also meet some of the kindest people. 💙🌺🐠
