The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.★

We had an amazing experience at Disneyland Shanghai thanks to our wonderful guide, Maria. Even before the moment we arrived, everything was seamlessly taken care of by texting you the arrangement for the day. Maria arranged priority access to the rides, which made a huge difference in maximizing our time in the park — we were able to enjoy so many attractions without the usual long waits.
What truly stood out was her knowledge and enthusiasm. As she guided us through the different zones, she shared interesting insights, tips, and stories that really brought the park to life. It felt like we weren’t just visiting, but fully experiencing everything Disneyland had to offer.
Maria was also incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable, well-paced, and enjoying every moment. Her friendly and warm personality made the day even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend Maria to anyone visiting Disneyland Shanghai — she turns a great trip into an unforgettable one!★

I would highly recommend the mini tour with Jessica as your guide. Our tour guide Jessica was excellent. Her knowledge on Chinese history as well as sites we visited was impressive and allowed us to really immerse ourselves in our mini tour. She took her time and went out of her way to ensure that we experienced the rich cultural experience of the major cultural sites .Trip.com picks
