Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying it separately, and most importantly, the customer service explained everything in detail. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

Awesome day from Basel.. Manu was superb. Covered much ground. Nothing too much trouble and the scenery was breathtaking. Highly recommend to anyone.. just brilliant
