Sophia was a wonderful tour guide. She met us at the airport, communicated ahead of time where to meet, provided an agenda, but was flexible to our needs. We had a great lunch in a traditional Korean restaurant, loved the tour of the Imperial Palace and grounds, experienced the market, had tea at a traditional tea house, just an incredible to spend the day out seeing Seoul instead of sitting at the airport. She was very knowledgeable about Korean history and culture, was a safe driver, her vehicle was very clean and she provided us with cold water for the day. Overall, we were so happy with our tour with Sophia and it was a great way for us to celebrate a birthday.

Online booking is incredibly convenient! Once your reservation is complete, a QR code with your seat number and other details will appear. You can take a screenshot of this code and scan it at the ticket gate to enter, and it's easy to check your seat number too! However, last-minute bookings tend to overlap with those buying tickets at the station, so it's best to book early. You can change your time the first time!
