I used this service early in the morning from COEX to Incheon Airport. I had seen tickets being sold for a similar price on other websites and was planning to buy them there, but although this service requires the extra step of exchanging the ticket for a paper one beforehand, I was able to use it with peace of mind because I could make a reservation.★

It's very convenient that trip.com lets you pay for your ticket in just a few taps using a linked card, eliminating the need to find a ticket office or apply for T-money. After clearing customs, I clicked "Proceed," and a QR code appeared in just seconds. Then, following the signs without leaving the building, I quickly found the platform, waited for the train, and arrived at Seoul Station in about 40 minutes without a single stop. The train is air-conditioned and there's space for luggage.★

When I took a late-night bus, I was instructed at the reception to "have the driver scan the QR code."
However, those using QR codes will be served after those who purchased paper tickets in advance. Therefore, be aware that you may have to wait for the next bus if it becomes full.★
