Expected a bus but was upgraded to VIP car without extra charge. Met a nice and friendly couple from Xinjiang in the car and the journey was pleasant with conversations about scenery of Xinjiang. Glad that the car bring us to the hotel.★

We were originally scheduled to board the bus at the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance at 5:30 PM, with a detour to the hotel to pick up our luggage. In the afternoon, I received a message from the driver asking if we could change the departure time to 5:00 PM, as another group of guests was already leaving the scenic area. After I mentioned this to the driver, he replied that he also needed to arrive earlier to retrieve our luggage. Although retrieving our luggage took less than three minutes, we still boarded the bus at 5:10 PM, making the communication process somewhat frustrating. We booked with the same company for both the trip to and from Jiuzhaigou, which might explain the difference in driver quality.★

I took the bus from Guchaegu to Hwangryongguchae Station. The bus arrived a little late and didn't arrive on time, so I contacted the customer service center. The employee told me that it would be a little late and that the bus number had changed. It would have been better if they had told me the bus number in advance. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have been able to board the bus..ㅜ But the employee was really kind and answered all my questions!★

The driver was very steady and provided excellent service, proactively closing the doors when we got in and out. He introduced local customs and attractions along the way and reminded us of important travel tips. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver sent us his location in advance to make it easy for us to find the car. He also contacted us beforehand for the return trip and was very punctual. Overall, a fantastic experience! Jiuzhaigou is beautiful; every photo you take is stunning.
