After booking, any contact issues can be addressed through Trip's messaging system. Since I didn't have a Chinese phone number, the owner provided detailed information about the pick-up location and gave the driver my WeChat ID so he could contact passengers. I boarded at Moon Bay. The outbound journey was by bus, and the return trip was by car for the two of us. Because we left the scenic area early, the driver arrived quickly, and we reached the high-speed rail station ahead of time, making for a very smooth journey.

I purchased the shuttle bus tickets 24 hours before my departure, and the bus departed on time according to the schedule to connect with the high-speed train. There were several pick-up points available. My designated pick-up location was the Moon Bay parking lot. Passengers were required to cross the road because the bus stop was located opposite the parking lot. Overall, the instructions were clear and the shuttle arrived as scheduled

I took the bus from Guchaegu to Hwangryongguchae Station. The bus arrived a little late and didn't arrive on time, so I contacted the customer service center. The employee told me that it would be a little late and that the bus number had changed. It would have been better if they had told me the bus number in advance. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have been able to board the bus..ㅜ But the employee was really kind and answered all my questions!

Due to the issue with homestay’s car arrangement, arrived late to the bus stop, thankfully, they were willing to wait after calling them. Appreciate the service and also arrived promptly at the train station.
