We went on a tour off-season and were alone. We were picked up from our villa by tuk-tuk and taken to the market just before it opened. They explained every vegetable in detail, and we bought some to take home. We arrived at a beautiful rural house with a clay kitchen. It was very well-kept, with beautiful, authentic clay pots and walls. Polite and pleasant women helped us cook. They described and demonstrated the entire process, introducing us to the spices and cooking process in great detail; we even grated coconut into shavings using a very unusual local tool. A delicious, aromatic, and heartwarming master class. We wish good luck and prosperity to this wonderful family. They even sent us some recipes after the tour.

Everything worked immediately when I activated the eSIM card at the airport. The key is to set it up beforehand. Regarding connection quality, it varies quite a bit. It works well in Colombo, but further out in Unawatuna, there are occasional drops, so I'm not sure about dual 5G coverage. Local mobile networks also have room for improvement. Overall, I recommend it.
