The Horqin Grassland is at the northwestern end of the Songliao Plain, including the entire Xing'an League area and part of Tongliao City. The north is bordered by the Hulunbuir Prairie, and to the west of Horqin is the Xilingol League. There is a vast area and a large area of natural pastures. At the same time, it is also the birthplace of the famous Qing Dynasty Empress Dowager Xiaozhuangwen (grandmother of Emperor Kangxi). Horqin Grassland has a long and tortuous history.
