It was built in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Warlord Era to commemorate the patriotic scholar Gu Yanwu of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Yufeng Mountain, also known as Ma'an Mountain, is to the north of the park. To the south, on the east side, is the exhibition hall and amusement park, on the west side is a lake. Visitors here mainly look at "Kunshan's Three Treasures", Kunshi, Chinese Snowball Viburnum and Twin Lotus Flowers on One Stalk. Locals often come to the park for walks and exercise.
